Circuit Court ' Judge Osborn on the bench. On the State docket were the following cases which were disposed of: The State vs. Finch, indicted for receiving stolen goods, know ing th tin to be euch. He pleal guilty, and being minor was sentenced to the County jail, 6f days. The State r Mary Coyer, indicted for grand larccnv. was found guilty and sentenced to two years imprisotment in the County jail at hard labor. The State cs. John llrown petit larceny; j plead girlty, and was sentenced to the Penitentiary one year. Among the numberless liquor cases, some plead guilty, some wero found guilty, some were dismissed, and some continued.
