Savers landed a fearful blow on Ileenan's left cheek, cutting it open, and his left eye became almost immediately in darkness. After much parleying on both aides, lleenan caught Sayers on the mouth, and caused the claret to Mow profusely. This round Iated twenty minutes, and ended with Heenan knocking Sayers down. Sayers struck Heenan on tho mouth and fell. 12th.
