Notice is hereby given, that the following Lands and town lots have been returned delinquent to this oflice, by the Treasurer of said county, for the non-payment of taxes due on them, and owing from the owners thereof for the year 1854, and that the whole of the sev eral tracts of land and town lots in said list contained, or so much" thereof as may be necessary to discharge the taxes, penalty, interest and charges, which may be due thereon, or due from the owners thereof, at the time of sale will be sold at public auction at the Court house door in Plymouth, in said county, on the first Monday in January next, commencing precisely at ten o'clock a. m., on said day, by the County Treasurer, unless said taxes, penalty, interest and charges are paid before that time.
