f In addition to the above, in the City of Plymouth there is levied the sum of .$?.00 on each male dog; $5.00 on each female dog, and .$"2.00 on each I female spayed dog. (?) (J) The first installment of Taxes (including Road Tax) must be paid on or before the First Monday in May, or the taxes for the 'whole year will (ft become delinquent and subject to 10 per rent, penalty. Persons owing delinquent taxes should pay jrf them at once. The present law is of such a character that there is no option left the Treasurer but to enforce the collection of delinquent taxes j! W by the sale of property, if necessary.
