BY INDICTMENTS OLD CASES AGAINST ORA WRIGHT AND SOLOMON STRYCKER PRESSED. Bert Albert Indicted on Charge of Disturbance at Teegarden With Two Others. Three more indictments were returned by SheritT Yoreis Wednesday. The indictments are against Pert Albert for disturbing a public4, meeting. Ora Wright for petit larceny and Solomon Strycker for entering a granery to commit a felon v. Pert Albert is charged with disturbing a meeting, at a box socail hel'd' in Teegarden. Two oth ers were .indicted in the same case mention of whom were made in the Tribune. The charge against Ora Wright is one which was tried before Tust ice P. M- Seybold, and which was tran ferred to the circuit court but which was not tried at the ast term. Wright is charged with stealing a suit of clothes, a pair of trousers and shoes of John J. Schroedcr on May 12 1D0J), which were valued at -$'24. . Thc indictment against Sol omon Strycker is for entering the granery of Floyd Jacoby on the night of April 3, 1 !)!). A trap was lail for Strycker by Jacoby whb kept watch and the former was caught as he entered the granery for thc alleged purpose of stealing corn. Sues for Divorce Ada E. Cistleman has brought uit against James Castleman for divorce, charging cruel and inhu man treatment, and failure to provide. They were married on September 3, 1001 and 'separated on November is, of the same year. She alleges that she was forced to support herself, and her husband's children by taking in washing k'luring their brief mar ried life- IJoth had been married before, and both had children.
