JOHN

TO THE PUBLIC:

From 1S23 until the present day the John Robinson Shows have been continu

ously on exhibition during the tenting seasons, ever maintaining their position at the head of all legitimate amusement enterprises. Three - quarters of a century has

passed down the great stream of time since the genesis of this, the now greatest, most comprehensive and eminently attractive Show on either side of the broad Atlantic. For

fifty years " Old John Robinson," the Nestor of American amusement managers, euided

and controlled the destinies of this superb organization, always in advance of com petition.

and always in the vrn where enterprise, novelty, originality and opulence of attraction were

the points to be reached and to be maintained. In the world of amuseir ents there was none so exaltodorso illustrious as John Robinson: and from the northern limits of civilization on this

great North American Continent to the gulf-washed shores of its southern coast, his name was a household worJ. No city, town, village or hnlet but what was ever ready to greet his show as a welcome visitor. For the past thirty-seven years I.John F. Robinson, have had supreme control and management of these exhibitions, and the public will heartily endorse the statement that since I have assumed the management there has been no retrograde movement, and that the universal popularity of these exhibitions has ever been maintained and annually augmented. And I am warranted in the belief that there ill be no hesitation on the part of the amusement-loving public in substantiating the claim that I have each year infused the exhibitions with fresh life and vigor; permitting nothing to be omitted from the personnel of my companies, nor from the attractiveness of my collections and the sterling novelty and merits of my ring acts and special features new. attractive, sensational or prominent that capital coutd purchase, or enterprise, energy and research procure. It Is the determination of the Management to make the present year prominent in amusement annals as a Grand Gala Day Holiday Season, and one which shall be ever memorable in the history of tented amusements. With this laudable determination before me. I present all my Big Shows In one Colossal Combination, consisting of mv Groat World's Exposition, Three Menageries In One, Museum, Aviary. Aquarium, School of Trained Animals, Four Circuses In Four Rings. Roman Hippodrome and Devated Stage. And to further emphasize and give additional eclat to this Grnnd Intellectual Festival, I have vastly augmented my already Colossal Exhi-

rr.ions py me aaaition or tne uranj ceneographlc. Uiblical. Historical, Dramatic. Pantomimic.

Martial, Lyric and I erpsichorean Spectacle of Solomon, his Temple, and the Queen of Sheba.
