DELINQUENT LIST FOR 1850. A list of Lands and Town Lots returned Delinquent for the non-payment of Taxes due on them for the year 1850, cltnntf in the countv of Marshall, and State of Indiana; If saia Taxes be not paid before the first day of January. A. D.

1652, the whole, or" so much of said Lands and Los us may be necessary to discharge the Taxes, penalty, interest and charges which may be due thereon, or from the the owner thereof, on the day of sale, will be sold at public auction, nt the Court lIou?e, in the town of Plymouth, in said county, on the first Monday in January, A.
