A list of Lands and Town Lots returned Delinquent for the non-payment of Taxes due on them for the year 1850, situate in the county of Marshall, and State of Indiana; If said Taxes be not paid before the first day of January, A. D.

1851, the whole, or so much of said Lands and Lots as may be necessary to discharge the laxes, penalty, interest and charges which may be due thereon, or from the the owner thereof, on the day of sale, will be sold at public auction,
