The meanest man up to date has been discovered in Noble county. He not only sued a person for eighteen cents, but tendered a bill for one dollar to his sister for a sack of flour and lard used while she and neighbors were sitting up with the corpse of his lather at his house not long since, besides charging his daughter twenty five cents for what she ate while visiting him at that time.—Ex.
