Ed. Leach of Barkley township moved on one of P. S. Thompson’s farms last week. Lennie Lang, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Lang, is sick with lung fever. Dr. Borkely is attending the case. Mrs. Walters of Chicago and Mrs. Bailey of Goshen, Ind., have been visiting Mrs. Levi Chupp since last Monday. The Iroquois ditch controversy is causing quite a lot of talk and some of it not in its mildest form. Of course this comes from some of the involved petitioners. Wm. Leek, the largest com producer around here, has his farm almost covered with cribs.

Lots in the Leopold addition adjacent to the court house are the choicest of any in the city.
