Therefore each of the above named defendants are hereby notified of the pendency of said action and that the same will stand for trial and hearing at the court bouse in the city of* Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, on the llth day of January 1897, the same being the 7th juridical day of the January term 1897 and that you be hnd appear on said day and answer dr" demur to said complaint or the same will be heard in your absence.
