Gardening For Women.
Gardening for women is engaging attention in Germany, and a horticultural school for girls and women is about to be opened at Berlin. The principal is Fraulein Elvira Oastner, who first mooted the idea in a paper read before the Berlin society, Frauenwohl. It is proposed to teach all branches of gardening, and to devote special attention to the production of fruit.
