Simon P. Thompson, a member of the firm of. Thompson A Bro. of Rensselaer, Indiana, having been elected to the office of Circuit Judge said firm is dissolved by mutual consent. Frank Folts and Harry R. Kurrie, who have been in the law department of this office for some years will continue in the law buißnesa under tile firm name of Folta A Kurrie. Marion L. Spitier, a member of th* old firm, and Charles Q. Spitier will conduct the abstract and loan businem under the firm name of M. L. Spitier k Son. David J. Thompson will settle the accounts of the old firm.
