George K. Hollingsworth and wife were in Chicago Tuesday, returning yesterday evening. Commissioner Martindale arrived yesterday and all the board will be here to-day. Remember the day and date of the military entertainment Wednesday evening, Nov.lß. Invitations are out for a men’s reception at C. W. Coen’s, for Friday night. It is a revenge. Miss Sylvia Robinson has been unable to attend school for about three weeks on account of sickness. The six-months-old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Watson was quite sick last week. It is better now.
