Centralia, 111., Nov. 4.—Salem, the former home of Bryan, gives a Democratic plurality of 202, a gain of 80 over the vote of 1892. A. M. Barnhart, president of Barnhart Bros. & Spindler, type founders, Chicago, came all the way from France to vote, only to find that Under the laws of Illinois he was disinfranehised.
