Afraid of Joint Debates.

The Republican appears to dehght in misrepresenting facts as to the free silver meeting at the Krasna scho >1 house. If their position is impregnable, why do they refuse to debate the question at issue with free silver speakers? Wouldbe Judge Thompson has not accepted the challange sent him by the silver club of Milroy township. Spellbinder Mills has kept a padlock on his mouth since the chairman of the democratic county central committee challenged him to meet Eugene Dilley for a series of debates. The gallant leader of the A. P. A’s, who championed the republican cause at the Krasna school house, may be accomodated if he wishes to discuss the issues with a free silver advocate.
