Special to the Chicago Record. Pana, 111. , Sept. 16.—The Rev. Sam Small of Atlanta. Ga., addressed an audience of 1,200 people to night under the auspices of the Pana Silver club. The address was said to be the most logical campaign address delivered in this year. Fully 4,000 people were unable to obtain admittance. At the conclusion of the address a number of McKinley taen went forward, shook hands with Mr. Small, tore off their badges and declared for Bryan and the democratic ticket Mr. Small will speak at Macon tomorrow and Taylorville Saturday.
