ORDINANCE NO. 26.

Public Lawns. Ah Ordinance for the protection of Public Lawns, Providing Renalty for its violation, and declaring an emergency. (Ordained and established June 22, 1896.) Sec. 1. B;e it ordained by the Comtnon Council of the City of Rensselaer* Jasper County, Indiana: That it shall be unlawful for any person to walk, drive or ride upon or over any lawn or grass plat, upon, along or within any of the public streets of the City of Rensselaer, and any person violating the provision of this ordinance shall, dpon conviction thereof be fined in any sum not exceeding Twon-'ty-five ($25,001 Dollars. , ra I ' m Sec. 2.
