Ordinance No. 20.

An Ordinance to regulate the height of awnings along and in front of business houses in the City of Rensselaer, Indiana. * Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Rensselaer, Indiana; That it shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any business house, shop or office in said City, to erect or maw tain or cause to be erected or maintained; any awoa* oCbthar material in front of his building so owned or occnpied. at a height of less than Seven [7] feet above the grade of the sidewalkin front Si building to which such awning is attatched, ans in iny stationery awning is built, the same shall noi§be hau Ten feet above the walk. ** * #| M
