Sunday‘school was organized Sundsy at - Snow Flake school house with the following officers elected: J. W. Smith, supt.; Frank Parker, asst, supt.; Miss Dortha Miller, sec.; Miss Maud Waugh, asst. sec. Quite a number of our young men went to the Grigs dance Saturday night and shook the fantastic toe. J. W. Smith and family were the guests of Samuel Scott last Sunday. Thomas Parker and family visited with Thomas Smith Sunday last. 'i’he continued wet weather for the last few weeks has done untold damage to the corn crop in this locality. Brewster Pedit went to Rensselaer last Tuesday on legal business. Madam Rumor has it that there will be a wedding soon. Lookout! boys, get your bells ready. J. L. Smith and lady went to Kniman Sunday evening. Thomas Hamilton and Charles Lee of Leabahon, Ind., were circulating around in these parts Monday. Your correspondent canvassed this neighborhood in the interest of free silver and found but one gold bug, as yet.
