Fourth of July Mass Meeting.

Pursuant to call an informal meeting was held in the court house June sth to consider the advisability of holding a celebration in Rensselaer on Independence Day. It was decided that one be held and the following committies were appointed: Finance.— Ed P. Honan, T. J. McCoy, Geo. W. Goff. Music.—J. F. Warren, H. L. Brown, Hale Warner, Mrs. Foltz, Mrs. Martin, Miss Carrie Eger. Amusements.— Fred Phillips, E,. P Honan, Shelby Grant, John F. Sayler, Program and Speaker. —Wm. B. Austin, B. F. Fendig, A. H. Hopkins. Artillery.— J. W. Childers, T. J. Joyier, Isaac Glazebrook, M.L. Hemphill. Executive.— H lD> c ; 3 • J C. War - ner, Geo. E. Murray. Grounds.— John W. Jessup, Charles Platt, Sr., Munro Banes, C. W..
