Bold Stand Against McKinley.

Washington special: A condemnation meeting of some of the delegates of the American Protective association, claiming to represent twenty states! was held after the adjournment of the convention Monday, and a preamble and resolution bearing on the McKinley matter were adopted. The n.*.mes of the states represented and the delegates participating could not be obtained, and further information was denied. It is said the following resolution was adopted: “That because of McKinley’s record as reported by the national advisory board we herewith pledge ourselves to by our Influence and efforts accomplish his defeat.”
