We Are To Be a City.

The people of Rensifelfier ifecided, at the special election held kbt Friday, by the emphatic vote of 2&3t093, more than three to one, to clothe themselves In the habilliments of a city charter. In view of prospective growth of the town it is wisdom to incorporate now, before the construction of public works is begun. It need not necessarilly add to the cost of government, and there are several advantages to be gained.
