The forty specifications recite Lat the doctor has been guilty of “official misconduct and willful neglect of iuty” and of being “guilty of immoral conduct and speech, of Inflicting on the >a.ients under nis control unusual, tuel and barbarous punishment." He is accused of beating female patients horribly, and the trial is expected to create a great sensation.
