Favors International Arbitration.

Albany, N. Y., Jan. 22.—The annual session of the State Bar Association opened last night at Odd Fellows' Hall in the presence of a large number of auditors. President William H. Robertson opened Aie meeting with his annual address. The address of the evening was delivered by the Hon. Chauncey M. Depew, on “Patriotism and Jingoism; the Lawyer’s Duty.” He favored the institution of an international court of arbitration for the settlement of all disputes.
