London, Jan. 15. —Several newspapers discuss the Canadian crisis. The Globe says it considers the school question the most serious one which has arisen since the federation, adding: “If the Manitobans remain obstinate they must be compelled to yield to federal force or the government will connive at an assertion of state’s rights which will threaten the integrity of the dominion.” -=■'
