In Aid of Armenia.

Washington, Jan. 15.—Mr. R. 8. Tharin, who has been one of the active movers regarding relief for the Armenians, has issued a call for all the Christian organizations in the United States to send delegates to a rational Christian convention at Washington, to meet on Saturday, Feb. 22, 1896, “to consider the deplorable condition of Armenia, to devise ways and means for tife amelioration therof and to consider whether to memoral ize congress to take effective measures to abate the nuisance now rampapt on the Bosporus.”
