New Canadian Cabinet.

Ottawa, Ont., Jan. 15.—When the senate and the house of commons met yesterday the government announced that the work of reorganisation was getting on favorably. An adjournment until to-day was asked and carried. The six ministers who have returned to the cabinet will take new portfolios, the changes being made necessary by Sir Charles Tupper’s accepting finance, the most important portfolio. Mr. Foster, the late minister of finance, takes trade and commerce.
