Comes now the plaintiff in the above entitled cause and by his attorneys Ferguson & Wilson liles his complaint herein together with an affidavit that the following named persons to-wit;-Joseph Davis. Mrs. Davis wife of Joseph Davis ami ail their unknown heirs, devisees and legatees and all the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of each and every one of the above named defendants are non-res-idents of the State of Indiana.
