Brussels, Oct. 10.—William Frisque, whose home was in Wisconsin, was among the 104 persons wounded in the collision between a crowded passenger train and engine near Mousby. He has since succumbed to his injuries at Ottiguies, to which' place he was taken after having, been' removed from- the wreck.
