Xotice to Non-Residents. STATE OF INDIANA, JASPER COUNTY— In the Jasper Circuit Court. October Term 1895. Thomas Akers vs. Calperna Akers. Complaint No. 4923. Now comes the plaintiff, by Thompson & Bro., his attorneys, and files his complaint herein for divorce, together with an affidavit that the defendant. Calperna Akers, is a nonresident of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant that unless she be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be holden on the Third Monday of October, A. D. 1895, at the Court House in Rensselaer, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in her absence.
