Council Meeting Notes.

At the last meeting of the town trustees, held Monday night, the regular sessions of the trustees were changed from once a month to twice a month, the second and fourth Monday nights. An ordinance was passed re? quiring that all sidewalks constructed in the future on Washington street should beof cement. The sidewalks in front of the postoffice, Laßue Bros’, furniture store and one other place were condemned. The circus license fee was raised from #5 to #25. The College road was officially designated as Milroy street This thoroughfare extends from the railroad south past the creamery to the city limits. . Smokestacks must henceforth extend fifty feet above the boilers. The Western Union was permitted to establish a branch line from the depot to the business center. _____ '
