Is the Constitution Null and Void?

The constitution is the supreme law of the land. From the constitution all power should emanate. , The constitution provides for the executive, legislative and judicial departments of the government. The constitution declares that every person is entitled to a speedy trial by an impartial jury. The supreme court, in the Debs case, says a trial without a jury is constitutional. Then, the only conclusion is that the supreme court has decided that the constitution is unconstitutional.
