River Still Rising.'

Salina, Kan., July 10.—The flood here is unabated. From 6 to 8 o’clock last night the river rose but half an inch. From that on till after midnight it was at a standstill and it was thought that the highest water had pome. Shortly after midnight, however, there was another rise and Weaver wgsthree inches higher and still rising. -
