New York, July 10.—At 7:30 o'clock this morning Rose Finn, 1$ ye’ara.of age, of 514 West Twenty-seventh street, was shot through the head and instantly killed at the comer of Tenth •venue and Twenty-ninth street by Michael McGowan, 25 years old, who escaped.
