Tribolet Was Innocent.

Nogales. A. T., July 10.—Diplomatic correspondence of an extended character between the United States and Mexico seems probable over the killing of Robert Tribolet by the Mexican authorities for complicity in the recent robbery and murder near Frontreras, Sonora. Phoenix papers say that Tribolet’s. brother has returned from the scene of execution and declares that Tribolet was in no way concerned in the robbery. They claim he was an American citizen and that it is the duty of the United States to exact reparation from Mexico.
