Head of Cuban Insurrection.

New York, July 10.—The last of the returns of the Cuban revolutionary party have been received here. The formal annuoncement that Palma has •been elected to succeed Jose Marti in the affairs of the revolution outside of Cuba will be made by Senor Guerra. A committee will be dispatched immediately afterward to Central Valley to notify Mr. Palma, who, it is expected, will come to New York at once to open bis headquarters.
