London, June 12.—The London correspondent of the Standard says It Is announced there that the papal nuncios at Paris, Lisbon, Madrid and Vienna will be created cardinals. The news causes much Interest In Vatican circles because rt will disturb the equilibrium of the preponderance of Italian cardinals in the sacred college.
