Chicago, June 5-In their effort to make the best of a bad muddle, the judges who were in charge of the Decoration, day road race have decided that the contest shall be run over again to settle the question as to who won the time prize. A new course will be selected. This decision in view of the very uncertain state of affairs and the absolute impossibility of giving justice to all the claimants is felt to be the most satisfactory arrangement that could be entered into.
