THE PEOPLE’S PAPER.

No great daily in the United States is so closely in touch with the people as The Chicago Times. Its policy is progressive, liberal, tolerant. The Times believes in the wisdom and good faith of the people. The Times prints all the news from all the world in a manner interesting and in structive to all the people.
