New York, Nov. 24. —Hearings of the suit of the soldiers’ orphans’ home of St. Louis against Russell Sage and the heirs of the late Jay Gould, to compel the return of about 811.000,000 in bonds of the Texas Pacific Railroad company, has been set down for December 1 by Surrogate Fitzgerald.
