Driven Out of England They Seek Refuge in the United States. London, Oct. 23.—Numbers of leading English and foreign anarchists, the Associated Press correspondent telegraphs, are vacating their haunts ■in London, and the majority are proceeding singly to America. The reason for this migration is the incessant harrassing to Which they have been subjected on account of the vigilance of the police.
