A Successful Will Contestant Sued for 875 0,000 for Alleged Slander. San Francisco, Oct. 24. —As a result of the recent decision in the celebrated Martin will contest, in which Mrs. Henry Martin was declared to be entitled to 81.500,000, Mrs. John Martin, sister-in-law of the deceased, has filed suit for 8750,000 against Mrs. Henry Martin for slander.
