Hinckley to Be Rebuilt.

St. Paul, Minn., Sept. 22. —An official investigation has shown to be without foundation complaints that relief was not given the fire sufferers at Hinckley, Minn., as fast as needed. The town will soon be rebuilt bette than it was before. The Illinois state fair opened at Springfield with a large attendance.
