New Richmond, 0., Sept. 19.—The extremely low water in the Ohio has exposed several acres of gravel in the river. The whole area is alive with mussel shells. It was found these shellfish were particularly rich in pearls and 100 persons are working the pearly mines. Many beautiful gems have been found.
