ORDER OF TONTI ASSETS.

Assignees Report that They Have 5333,<750 Ready for Distribution. Philadelphia, Sept. 5. Attorney Francis Shunk-Brown and the Land Title and Trust company, appointed assignees of the Order of Tonti on May 18, have filed their first account in court. The assignees have received cash to the amount of $332,750, and expended $11,840, leaving a balance for distribution, subject to costs and commissions, of $320,907. The assignees have remaining in their possession between $900,000 and $1,000,000 worth of mortgages which are yet to be disposed of.
