□ A special from Valparaiso to the Indianapolis Sentinel says: Congressman Hammond of the Tenth district and the Hon. C. G. Conn, representative from the Thirteenth, have authorized the announcement of their candidacy for reelection. Both gentlemen have previously stated their terms of office.
