They pay the iiig ’u price for produce, as butler and eggs, and their store is constantly stocked with a choice, fresh line of family groceries. provisions, fruits, etc. In addition this firm does an extensive business in farm machinery. They handle the best makes of all kinds of agricultural implements and repairs. They are reliable, upright business men, i well and favorably known to the ! people.
11. V. WEAVER. We wish to call the special attention of the public in our review of the town to the framing and. general furniture repairing business carried on by 11. V. W eaver. This gentleman is a competent and experienced upholsterer, and any work entrusted to him is done in the best manner. He has on hand a fine stock of mouldings, and frames are made to order, neatly and at the lowest prices. Give him a call. He has rooms over Eiglesbach’s meat market.
N. S. BATES. N. S. Dates, our popular and enterprising dealer in poultry, and eggs. This gentleman is widely and favorably known among our farmers, especially. A prominent feature of his business is that it has made and opened up in Rensselaer a market for poultry, which other towns in the country do not enjoy. Mr. Bates commenced business about two years ago. He has been unusually successful. The amount of poultry which he yearly handles buying from the farmers and shipping, is very large. He pay's the highest cash price, and has the best facilities for handling. Mr. Bates is a well known, reliable, upright business man.
