Nearly All of the Municipal Elections Are Lost by Democrats. St. Paul, Mian., March 15.—Minnesota republicans carried a majority of the municipal elections Tuesday. Their most notable victories were at Sauk Rapids and Northfield. The republicans also carried Fair mount, Hutchinson, Dawson, Evansville, Winthrop and Hancock. The democrats carried Caledonia, Bird Island, Arlington, Renville, Long Prairie and White Bear.
