Recent Advices Concerning Italian Slaughter of Dervishes. Massowah, Jan. 11. —Later dispatches received here from Kassala confirm the previous accounts of the battle recently fought between the Italian, troops and the dervishes. It is. stated that the latter left 4,000 dead, upon the field and. that, in addition, the leader of the dervishes, Hamed Ali, ard all his emiis were killed.
